Price Bust Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and transactions conducted on the ‘ website. Please read them carefully. We will ask you to read and accept these terms each time you place an order with us. We will treat each order you place as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Input errors may be corrected up to the point where you submit your order to us, the point at which you click the confirm order button.
Your order will be acknowledged by way of an eMail, in which you will receive an order reference and details of the product(s) which you have ordered. This is simply an acknowledgement of your order.
Once your payment authorisation has been received by us, a further eMail will be sent confirming delivery dates. The dispatch of this eMail is the point at which a legally binding contract will be formed between us.
We may decline your order, if so we will inform you.
External credit reference agencies may be contacted with regard to your offer. Your details may be passed to them prior to any order being accepted.
Accuracy of Information
It is the intention of Price Bust to provide accurate and up to date information regarding our products and services. However, it is not possible to guarantee total accuracy or total reliability of information contained within its pages at all times therefore all actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
All product related information such as images, product specifications and other information published on our site have been gathered from authorised manufacturer, retail and supplier sources as well as from publications and other public-domain areas.
In the event of inaccurate information being displayed due to typographical error or inaccurate pricing information from our suppliers we shall reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders stating an incorrect price regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit or debit card has already been charged when the error is discovered then a credit will be issued for the amount of the incorrect price plus any services paid for.

Prices and Payment
All prices listed on Price Bust are displayed in UK pounds sterling and Euros
Your order will be available to view and amend before you submit to us. The total cost will include the product or products selected, any additional services you have requested (e.g. installation, extended warranty etc) and any exceptional delivery surcharges.
We accept payment from major credit cards, Debit Cards and by Bank Transfer..
Products can usually be delivered free of charge for some items and others will be charged at courier rates.
Restrictions and/or surcharges may apply to certain combinations of products and locations.
The majority of products will normally be delivered direct from stock upon clearance of payment. Major domestic appliances such as washing machines, fridge freezers and beds will usually be delivered direct from the manufacturers using their nominated logistics companies, delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more information.
While we will endeavour to maintain these estimated lead times, all items are subject to availability and therefore there may be occasions when delivery times are outside our direct control. Any dates specified for deliveries are approximate and we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you due to any delay for delivery of the goods.
We will notify you of any item you have ordered which is out of stock and endeavour to provide an estimated lead-time for this item. You have the right to cancel any order where the item requested is out of stock beyond the normal delivery lead times.
Once the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address provided by you on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. It is your responsibility to check the goods are complete and free from damage before you sign to accept them. It is advisable to open them carefully and retain the box and packaging undamaged in case you wish to return the item. Goods cannot be returned without being in their original box and packaging. (See Cancellations and Returns section).
Once you have accepted the goods with your signature, Price Bust will not accept any liability for damages, scratches, dents, marks or any missing accessories or parts. Any damages, shortages or incorrect items delivered must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
All risk associated with the product becomes yours after receipted delivery.
Notification of claims
If the goods delivered have been noted on the delivery consignment note as being either damaged, as a shortage or as being the incorrect item then you must inform us, in writing, within 7 days of delivery. You can report this by e-mailing us on email@example.com
In the case of goods that have not arrived on the specified date you must inform us of this within 7 days of the agreed delivery date. Any failure to report an item or items lost in transit within the 7 days will not be the responsibility of Price Bust and no liability will be accepted.
Any claims in respect to damage of property caused in the fulfilment of delivery should be directed to the relevant transport agency appointed to deliver.
Goods that are returned under these circumstances that are later found to be perfect and in full working order will be returned to you and an admin fee of 20% of the purchase price plus the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
Once the goods have been dispatched delivery should be tracked by contacting the logistics company responsible for your products delivery. Contact details of the logistics company are advised to you in the order confirmation eMail.
All products carry a minimum of one year or 12 months warranty to cover failure of the product through normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover faults caused by customer misuse, neglect and accident. Foreign objects found as the cause of a fault such as coins, wires or similar items will deem the claim for the fault to be invalid. Items with cosmetic damage are also not covered within the rules of the warranty from the manufacturer.
Some products may carry a longer warranty than the standard one year or 12 month warranty supplied with all products. We will endeavour to inform you of this on the site or at the time of purchase.
Extended warranties are available to purchase on most products listed on the website. You will be automatically offered this with all qualifying products.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellation of orders and return of goods will fall into one of the following two categories:
No fault return – unwanted goods
Faulty return – Dead on arrival
No fault return
You reserve the right to cancel your order either before delivery or up to 7 days after the delivery date and receive a full credit or refund less any applicable return delivery charges.
The goods must be unused and be in their original box and packaging (See delivery section above) including all related accessories, parts and instructions. Any ‘free gifts’ associated with this product must also be returned under the same guidelines.
You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of your intention to cancel. All costs of returning the goods are your responsibility and we must receive these goods within 14 days of your written intention to cancel.
Any goods received damaged or incomplete will be returned to you at your cost.
These products are best described as ‘dead on arrival’. A product is deemed to be ‘dead on arrival’ if on first removal from its box and packaging it displays a hardware failure preventing the product from basic operation.
You must report this fault in writing to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24 hour period your items will be despatched and sent to you.
We are unable to refund, replace or have the following type of items returned to us; any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.
Price Bust are not liable for any postage costs incurred when returning goods unless previously agreed with our Customer Services Team.
Items must be returned to Price Bust. Please fill out the RETURNS FORM, which can be found on the shipping and returns page of our website.
This form must be copied into WORD and sent as an attachment in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must be titled RETURNS . We may ask you to return the item via the post office or we can also arrange a pick up by Parcel Force for bigger and heavier items. When returning items please make sure your returned parcel contains you full name, order number, address and contact information so we can deal with your return efficiently.
You will also need to wait for the Returns Team to get in touch with you before sending any returns to us. They will provide you with Full Instructions
It can take between 3 -5 days for a response so please be patient. Our customer services advisers will contact you and advise you on the best course of action relating to your query.
Availability of Goods
All goods and services are subject to availability. Goods and services may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. If you have ordered goods which subsequently become unavailable then your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
We will not be liable for any loss on your part arising from our inability to supply any goods or services.

Reproduction of any aspect of this website may only be done for personal private use. No company or commercial organisation may reproduce any aspect of this website without express written permission of Price Bust. Title to the goods will be yours once we have received payment for the goods.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any point in time. We reserve the right to enforce any or all parts of these terms and conditions. Failure to enforce any part of these terms and conditions does not remove our right to enforce any other part of them.
IF YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR THE GOODS AS OK , BUT HAVE OPENED THE PARCEL AND FOUND IT TO BE DAMAGED YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 6 HOURS. If not your claim may be rejected.
IDEALLY ALL GOODS SHOULD BE CHECKED AND THEN SIGNED FOR. IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IT SHOULD BE SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED and either refused or returned
We can replace or refund genuinely faulty items, providing the fault is not a result of misuse. If the item is faulty due to misuse (this includes Electric Scooter and all RC Products) then we will not be able to replace or refund the item.
If it is deemed that your faulty item has become so through misuse then we will return the misused item to you with an extra administration and shipping costs of £8.99. We will keep hold of the product for a maximum 28 days if you do not accept it back, after which we will dispose of if.
If you deem your item to be faulty then please contact our customer services advisers using the form below who will arrange for you to return the faulty item for our inspection. On agreement from Customer Services we will pay for any reasonable return postage costs as long as pre agreed by customer services. If you return the item without a pre-agreed postage return rebate then you may be liable for the whole postage charge.
IMPORTANT : All items that are damaged upon receipt must be signed for as 'DAMAGED' on the couriers signature form. We can only get our money back from couriers if this is signed for as damaged if the item is delivered damaged. We advise all customers to check contents immediately upon receipt and sign for the item DAMAGED if it is indeed damaged.
Price Bust will only credit those customers that are looking for refunds or replacements if items that are received damaged are signed for as damaged.
Wrong Items Sent If the wrong item is sent to you by a direct fault of our own or third party suppliers then please inform us.
We will happily refund or replace any wrong items sent to you.
Good(s) not arrived
If the goods you ordered have not been delivered and were purchased over 28 days ago then we will not refund or replace these items. We will not issue a refund or credit note for missing/lost items purchased over 28 days ago.
If you do not receive your items then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we can re-dispatch the item. We will not refund missing items, only re-dispatch and you must wait the 15 working day period to make sure that the item does not arrive through the postal / delivery system.
We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for items that were not collected or if a re-delivery is not arrange by you on receipt of a card from the Courier or Royal Mail.
If your item has not arrived and the 15 working day period has passed you must contact us and our customer services advisers will advise on how we will re-dispatch your item and complete the necessary claim forms.
Vouchers and DiscountsPrice Bust allows the redemption of a single voucher, credit note or discount code per customer order. Vouchers, credit notes and discounts cannot be stacked or added in multiples against a single order.
Rejection of Electronic Payment Instructions
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept or place an Electronic Payment Instruction: if we consider it appropriate to first obtain further information, confirmation or instructions from you or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your debit card or credit card, for payment of all or any part of the amount instructed; or where we or our agents are prevented due to a Service Disruption Event from transmitting or otherwise administering the Electronic Payment Instruction; or where we have reason to believe the Electronic Payment Instruction was not received from you or is for an illegal or unauthorised transaction.
Once made by you, an Electronic Payment Instruction is irrevocable. It is your responsibility to ensure all transaction details are correct before sending an Electronic Payment Instruction. Immediately before transmission of an Electronic Payment Instruction, you will be presented with the details for confirmation and at that point will have the opportunity to cancel the instruction. When we have received your Electronic Payment Instruction, we will send you a Confirmation. Once a Confirmation has been received, you will not be able to change or withdraw the Electronic Payment Instruction. You should not assume your Electronic Payment Instruction has been received and accepted until you receive a Confirmation. Bargain Dealz will issue a reference number for every Electronic Payment Instruction and you will need to quote this number for any queries you may have in connection with an Electronic Payment Instruction.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you give Bargain Dealz, the right to contact you via email in order to provide important updates pertaining your usage of www.pricebust.co.ukBargain Dealz will give regular updates via email for Orders, Enhancements to the Bargain DealzWebsite and Services, Promotions and Offers, and Support Requests. Bargain Dealz reserve the right to contact customers via email, to offer support, for orders that have been unsuccessful, and to allow the customer to complete the order using a different method. You acknowledge that communication by Internet e-mail is unavoidably insecure in limited circumstances. Price Bust shall not be liable to you for any loss, expense or damage incurred or suffered by you in connection with such interception.
Third Party Email Address
If an e-mail sent by us to you is being sent to you via a computer network operated by or on behalf of your employer, educational establishment or other third party, you warrant that you are entitled and you consent to receive such e-mail communications at that e-mail address. You also agree that we may refrain from sending you any e-mails to such address without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from your employer, educational establishment or other third party or your Internet service provider to stop sending e-mails to that address.
Customer Service and Support
The customer is able to seek advice and support from the Price Bust Customer Care team through their My Account area. Specific customer service enquiries will be dealt with in normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Price Bust your complaint should be addressed to Customer Care Co-ordinator, Any complaint will be investigated and you will receive a response within 5 working days of receipt.
If you still feel that your complaint has not been fully resolved, you can write to the Customer Care Manager at the above address, from whom you will receive a response within 15 working days from receipt.

Our deliveries are made by PARCEL FORCE UK or DPD COURIERS
